Casa Xzavian is truly one of the most special places I’ve ever stayed. The house is gorgeous, the views are unbelievable, and there’s a warmth and peacefulness to the whole property that instantly makes you feel at home. We spent our days watching whales breach from the pool, riding ATVs through the jungle, and soaking in the hot tub at sunset – every moment felt unforgettable. The staff was genuinely 5-star, remembering exactly how I take my coffee each morning and even how I like my drinks. The nearby town of San Pancho was just a quick five-minute golf cart ride away, filled with great little shops, coffee spots, and happy beach-town energy. Truly an adventure of a lifetime with 5-star++ service.

I had the most incredible stay at Casa Xavien. The accommodations were five star. The staff and the food were excellent. The views of the ocean were truly spectacular and on many days we saw whales swimming in the distance. It’s a short ride to San Pancho the town and it’s a true enclave. The tequila, Palapa and the yoga Palapa and the rooms and the bathrooms and the decorating are just absolutely exquisite. I would recommend this property to any group or family that wants a wonderful spot for a vacation or a business retreat.

I wish I could give 100 stars. There aren’t words to describe the magic and beauty of this property and its amenities. Staying here is truly jaw-dropping and breathtaking at every turn. It’s a four seasons on steroids!!!!!! I can’t wait to book my next trip back.

We had the most incredible week here. The location is stunning, high up over the ocean. The house is spacious, impeccably clean and the art fun and quirky. The best part was the staff who could not do enough for us, from Israel and Alma to Edgar and everyone else. The food was out of this world – my favorite were the homemade soups (even though it was hot, that’s how delicious they were!). We had massages by St Regis staff – the best massage I’ve ever had at a competitive rate and went for a hike to see the Buddha, as well as trips to the nearby towns and markets. I highly recommend! Oh and the pool is the perfect temp on a hot day…

Casa Xavian, with its impeccable and heart-warming staff was so far beyond any expectations. It’s luxury and privacy with 5 star service. The compound perches above the ocean and there’s an area for every one of your wishes: the yoga/ zen palapa (fyi, a palapa is an open air structure with a palm frond roof), where the sounds of the birds in the jungle wake you with the morning sun. Then there’s the dining palapa with all the mystery and soft sea breeze a Bogart movie could hope for, the sunset palapa with the perfect view of the sun setting over the ocean, the infinity pool, I could keep going…the spacious rooms with blissful bedding, beautiful gardens/ landscaping, the food was over the top (and I’m a foodie!), the art, the general feeling of expansiveness, and did I mention the private beach? It’s beyond words.
